Return Policy:
To cancel a stock order after 2 days of purchase will incur in a 30% restocking fee or $40, whichever is greater. In stock orders must be paid in full at the time of placing an order to be delivered. All items must be returned in original packing or box, failure to follow this shall constitute final acceptance of merchandise, This policy is not valid for Stock Orders only, special orders are NOT subject to cancellation or exchange.

Taxes:
All sales tax and other applicable taxes shall be paid at the time of purchase or placing an order. If purchaser has an exemption from any tax, purchaser shall provide the appropriate tax exemption certificate or resale license to be eligible.

Deliveries and Charges:
There will be a delivery charge depending on the final destination within the seller’s normal delivery area.

Shipping:
Sales outside the seller's normal delivery area are subject to be shipped by a common carrier, freight forwarder or other private transport. There will be an additional charge for shipping at the third parties rate. If additional packing or crating is needed buyer will incur in additional charges. Seller is not responsible for damage or loss suffered in transit or during delivery by carrier. Any claims must be filled in writing within 2 working days, failure to do so will void any warranty and shall constitute full acceptance of the product in its current condition; damages must have been noted at the time of delivery in the presence of delivery personnel. It is essential that a responsible party be present during any delivery.

Claims and Damaged Items:
At the time of delivery or pick up, purchaser shall examine all packing materials and merchandise carefully and note any visual defect, damage or shortage on the pick-up or delivery receipt. Any other defect, damages or loss must be claimed in writing via registered or certified mail within 2 working days in order to be covered by warrantee. In such event, all packing materials must be retained until inspection is made. Failure to follow these procedures shall constitute full acceptance of the merchandise and a waiver of all defects, damage or shortages ascertainable by following such procedures.

"As Is" Purchases:
These merchandise is marked down and sold in the condition it is. No returns or repairs will be accepted. These sales are Final Sales.

Materials Leathers or Fabrics:
May wrinkle, expand and contract when exposed to changes in temperature Leather may change in color when exposed to sun over a period of time. D&S Design & Solutions cannot warrant these materials against stretching, shrinking, wrinkling or color fading. Colors for each Leather batch are different and may vary slightly from item to item, D&S Design & Solutions can not be held responsible for such natural differences which do occur from time to time. When ordering a specific color as displayed on our Website, in same cases there could be a slight variation from the colors shipped or received by Purchaser, due to the different types of Computer Equipment and/or Display Screens used to view Merchandise, D&S Design & Solutions can not be held responsible for such Color variations.

Held orders/Storage:
Once purchaser's order has been received and placed into seller's warehouse. Seller will notify purchaser and schedule delivery within reasonable time. Should purchaser need additional storage time, seller will make arrangements subject to an additional charge for storage and insurance to goods. Any order shall be considered a contract upon D&S Design & Solutions Inc by receiving it, either verbally or in writing with its respective Deposits and/or Payments. D&S Design & Solutions reserves the right to revoke the contract and return deposits at any time. Any contract will be effective upon acceptance by D&S Design & Solutions.

Deliveries:
D&S Design & Solutions can not be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as Manufacturer, Shipper or Customs or any other force major, beyond the control of D&S Design & Solutions.
